Kamber :: Builder of Note

Kamber Lane was first spotted on FurryMuck in 1996. Mistaking it for an online RPG, the Shetland was soon running around meeting exciting people and learning far more about adjectives and animals than ever before.

Staying a Shetland pony, she vacillated through several genders and learned fun words like vacillated until settling on everything as a herm. She is known as extremely talkative, hyper by many definitions, elastic, sorta curvy and prone to manic bursts of pure galloping.

This is a carry over from me, her player. I can be hyper, talkative, and laid back. All at the same time. Its kind of a low humming vibration. I has lived all over the world due to military parents and done all kinds of fun or pointless stuff. I can bore anyone!

In 2001 I went to my first Anthrocon. And pretty much cemented my reputation for the ability to talk non-stop for over 34 hours straight until I fell asleep. Although folks tell me I was still talking for a good 30 minutes after passing out. Within a couple years I had put together the first Kamber fursuit from purchased and commissioned parts and haven't looked back. Cons are all about seeing friends, meeting new ones and generally partying until sleep attacks. Then starting over. Oh and art. Right.

I started making my own fursuits and Steampunk gadgets in 08 and have been having a blast with it. Debuted the Daedalus Steamship crew set of fursuits at AC 09 with my new guy Jack Dancer, a JetPack wearing German Shepherd. Been working on some other props and suit work and assisted Roxikat with rebuilding and upgrading his adorable Hossifer suit. (D'aww!) The gear, both good and bad, can be found at One Day Studios
